Well, you can see that I have been on a shrimp kick lately. I tried this recipe when I went to see my sister in New Jersey. We just put together a few ingredients and this happened. Loved it!! So, went ahead and made it again.
Ingredients:
1. 1lb peeled, deveined and cleaned.
2. 1 yellow pepper
3. 1 red pepper
4. 3 garlic cloves
5. 3 tbsp soy sauce
6. 3 tbsp chili vinegar
7. 1/2 onion
8. 5 tbsp garlic chili sauce
9. salt to taste
10. chili flakes (depending on how hot you want it)
11. one packet chow-mein noodles.
Marinate the shrimp in the garlic chili sauce, soy sauce, grated garlic, chili vinegar for about 30 min. Mean while, cook the onion, peppers with some salt in one vessel. After the onions and peppers and cooked, add the shrimp till it is cooked for about 7 minutes. Cook the chow-mein till done and then mix the shrimp and the peppers. Add the red pepper flakes , mix and serve hot.
